About Us

The Institute for Community Organisation Research (ICOR) is a non-profit organisation whose primary goal is to come up with a body of knowledge indigenous to India and its culture such that it will lead to the enhancement of grassroots workers.  ICOR seeks to combine academic interest and fieldwork with respect to community organisation.  ICOR undertakes research projects, conducts training and awareness sessions and collaborates with several groups for community participation.
