The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and all Agreements: “User”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing/logging on this job portal and compliant to the Trust’s terms and conditions. “The Association”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to ‘Centre for Peace Trust’ hereafter referred to as ‘the said Trust’. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both You and ourselves.“Terms” and “Terms of Use and “Terms and Conditions” refers to these terms and conditions set out.  All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to You in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting Your needs in respect of provision of the Association’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of India. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

You are indicating your acceptance to be bound by the provisions of these Terms of Use. The Association may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should visit this page periodically to review the Terms and Conditions, because they are binding on ‘You’.

Users who violate these Terms may have their access and use of the Association Sites suspended or terminated, at the Association’s discretion.

The Association authorizes You, subject to these Terms, to view the content available on or from and to access and use the Association Sites and the Association Content (as defined below) and to download and print a single copy of the content available on or from the Association Sites solely for Your personal, non-commercial use. The contents of, and of all other job portals under the Association’s control, whether partial or otherwise ( and such other job portals are sometimes collectively referred to as the “Association Sites”), such as designs, text, graphics, images, video, information, logos, button icons, software, audio files and other Association content (collectively, “Association Content”), are protected under both India and international copyright, trademark and other laws. All Association Content is the property of the Association or its licensors. The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement and assembly) of all content on the Association Sites is the exclusive property of the Association and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other laws. Unauthorized use of the Association Content may violate these laws and/or applicable communications, regulations and statutes, and is strictly prohibited. You must preserve all copyright, trademarks, service mark and other proprietary notices contained in the original Association Content on any authorized copy You make of the Association Content. You may not sell or modify or sub license the Association Content or reproduce, republish, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use the Association Content in any way for any personal or public or commercial purpose, in connection with products or services that are not those of Association, in any other manner that is likely to cause confusion among consumers or that otherwise infringes Association’s intellectual property rights.
Any code that the Association creates to generate or display any Association Content or the pages making up any Association Site is also protected by Association’s copyright and You may not copy or adapt such code.
Unless otherwise stated, Association and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on e2elinks. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from e2elinks for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions. Unless explicitly stated herein, nothing in these Terms shall be construed as conferring any license to intellectual property rights, whether by estoppel, implication or otherwise. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if it is deemed by any law, regulation, order, decree, notification, circular by a competent government or adjudication authority that these Terms constitute a license for the Users, this license is revocable at any time without notice and with or without cause.

Parts of this job portal offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the job portal. The Association does not filter, edit, publish or review comments prior to their presence on the job portal. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of the Association, its agents and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who post their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, the Association shall not be liable for the comments or for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the comments on this job portal. The Association reserves the right to monitor all comments and to remove any comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions. The User shall not upload, post, transmit, publish, or distribute any material or information that is unlawful, or which may potentially be perceived as being harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

We shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on the Job portal. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that is rising on the Job portal. No link(s) should appear on the Job portal that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.

The User represents, warrants and covenants that its use of shall not be done in a manner so as to:
a) Violate any applicable local, provincial, state, national or international law, statute, ordinance, rule or regulation;
b) Interfere with or disrupt computer networks connected to;
c) Impersonate any other person or entity, or make any misrepresentation as to your employment by or affiliation with any other person or entity;
d) Forge headers or in any manner manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any user information;
e) Interfere with or disrupt the use of by any other user, nor “stalk”, threaten, or in any manner harass another user;
f) Use in such a manner as to gain unauthorized entry or access to the computer systems of others;
g) Reproduce, copy, modify, sell, store, distribute or otherwise exploit for any commercial purposes, or any component thereof (including, but not limited to any materials or information accessible through;
h) Use content from for derivative works with a commercial motive without prior written consent of the Association.
i) Use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of;
j) Impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on infrastructure;
k) Spam by indiscriminately and repeatedly posting content or forwarding mail that may be considered spam etc.
l) Access data not intended for you or log into server or account that you are not authorized to access;
m) Constitute an act of reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, deciphering or otherwise attempting to derive the source code for the Site or any related technology or any part thereof;
n) Engage in “framing,” “mirroring,” or otherwise simulating the appearance or function of the Site;
o) Attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network;
p) Use automated means to crawl and/or scrape content from and to manually scrape content from;
q) The Site uses technological means to exclude robots etc. from crawling it and scraping content. You undertake not to circumvent these methods.
r) Access the Site except through the interfaces expressly provided by the Association;
s) Attempt or breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization;
t) Providing deeplinks into without prior permission of the Association is prohibited. Extracting data from using any automated process such as spiders, crawlers etc. or through any manual process for a purpose which has not been authorised in writing;
u) Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available either directly or indirectly, any unsolicited bulk e-mail or unsolicited commercial e-mail.
v) Constitute hosting, modifying, uploading, posting, transmitting, publishing, or distributing any material or information:

i. For which you do not have all necessary rights and licenses;
ii. Which infringes, violates, breaches or otherwise contravenes the rights of any third party, including any copyright, trademark, patent, rights of privacy or publicity or any other proprietary right;
iii. Which contains a computer virus, or other code, files or programs intending in any manner to disrupt or interfere with the functioning of, or that of other computer systems;
iv. That is grossly harmful, harassing, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, disparaging, relating to money laundering or unlawful, or which may potentially be perceived as being harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous/blasphemous, vulgar, obscene, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatsoever;
v. Which constitutes or encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, give rise to other liability, or otherwise violate applicable law;
vi. That deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of such messages or communicates any information which is grossly offensive or menacing in nature;
vii. That belongs to another person and to which the user does not have any right to;
viii. That harm minors in any way;
ix. That threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognisable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting any other nation.

When You register with, You will be asked to provide the Association with certain information including, without limitation, a valid email address (your “Information“). In addition to the Terms of Use and any privacy policy applicable to any Association Site, You understand and agree that the Association may disclose to third parties, on an anonymous basis, certain aggregate information contained in your registration application. The Association will not disclose to any third party your name, address, e-mail address or telephone number without your prior consent, except to the extent necessary generally or as per these Terms of Use or appropriate to comply with applicable laws or in legal proceedings where such information is relevant. You are not authorized to share your password or other account access information with any other party, temporarily or permanently, and breach of this obligation may tantamount to disabling your account and services. The Association will not be liable for any loss caused by any unauthorized use of your login ID / Account. You may be liable for the losses to the Association if any due to such unauthorized use.

Any Information You submit must be accurate and describe You as directed. The profile requires standard fields to be completed and may include in these fields any telephone numbers, street addresses, email addresses or other means of contacting You.

You acknowledge and agree that You are solely responsible for the form, content and accuracy of any resume or material contained therein placed by You on the Association Sites.

The Association reserves the right to offer third party services and products to You based on the preferences that You identify in your registration and at any time thereafter; such offers may be made by the Association or by third parties. Without limiting any of the other disclaimers of warranty set forth in these Terms of Use, the Association does not provide or make any representation as to the quality or nature of any of the third party products or services purchased through the or any other representation, warranty or guaranty. Any such undertaking, representation, warranty or guaranty would be furnished solely by the provider of the applicable class, or learning material, product or service, under the terms agreed to by the provider.

You represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to the Association an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute such account information, content, messages or other information posted by You (“User Content”), and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such User Content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses thereto hereby grant the Association a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit and authorize others to use, reproduce and edit any of the User Content in any and all forms, formats or media.

The services may be provided on a free, no payment access and/or a subscription basis and/or one-time fee basis depending on the offering made by the Association at its discretion. Each of these models shall be governed by the terms and conditions published by the Association in that regard and shall be read in consonance with these Terms of Use.

The Association will not be party to any legal proceedings between a User and a party contracted through the site. In case the Association is implicated in any legal proceedings, costs will be recovered from the party that names the Association. The Association however will abide with any court order served on it through due process. The Association makes no representation that the materials on are appropriate or available for use in locations other than India. If you use from other locations, you are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws including but not limited to the export and import regulations of other countries.

In the context of the ‘alerts’ service being introduced by the Association; the candidate consents to the use of his personal data in the form of cellular phone number(s) and email address being used by the Association to forward relevant job alerts and other information as and when they become available.

A Job posting may not contain:
a) any hyperlinks, other than those specifically authorized by Association;
b) misleading, unreadable, or “hidden” keywords, repeated keywords or keywords that are irrelevant to the job opportunity being presented, as determined in Association’s reasonable discretion;
c) the names, logos or trademarks of unaffiliated companies other than those of your customer save where expressly agreed by Association;
d) the names of colleges, cities, states, towns or countries that are unrelated to the posting;
e) more than one job or job description, more than one location, or more than one job category, unless the product so allows;
f) inaccurate, false, or misleading information; and
g) Material or links to material that exploits people in a sexual, violent or other manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18.
You may not use Your job posting to:
i. post jobs in a manner that does not comply with applicable local, national and international laws, including but not limited to laws relating to labor and employment, equal employment opportunity and employment eligibility requirements, data privacy, data access and use, and intellectual property;
ii. post jobs that require citizenship of any particular country or lawful permanent residence in a country as a condition of employment, unless otherwise required in order to comply with law, regulations, executive order, or federal, state or local government contract;
iii. post jobs that include any screening requirement or criterion in connection with a job posting where such requirement or criterion is not an actual and legal requirement of the posted job;
iv. post jobs or other advertisements for competitors of Association or post jobs or other content that contains links to any site competitive with Association;
v. sell, promote or advertise products or services;
vi. post any franchise, pyramid scheme, “club membership”, distributorship, multi-level marketing opportunity, or sales representative agency arrangement;
vii. post any business opportunity that requires an upfront or periodic payment or requires recruitment of other members, sub-distributors or sub-agents;
viii. post any business opportunity that pays commission only unless the posting clearly states that the available job pays commission only and clearly describes the product or service that the job seeker would be selling;
ix. advertise sexual services or seek employees for jobs of a sexual nature;
x. request the use of human body parts or the donation of human parts, including, without limitation, reproductive services such as egg donation and surrogacy;
xi. endorse a particular political party, political agenda, political position or issue;
The Association reserves the right to remove any job posting or content from any Association Site, which in the reasonable exercise of Association’s discretion, does not comply with the above Terms, or if any content is posted that the Association believes is not in the best interest of the Association.

You are responsible for the contents of your emails, application form, screener questions or their format, company pages that you create, any job listings that you post, and any messages that you send, and agree that the Association is not responsible for such content and disclaims all liability for such content, including as to whether such content is legal. You agree that the Association may reject or remove any job listing, any part of any company page, or any questions for job seekers for any or no reason. The Association further does not guarantee delivery, your receipt of the job seeker’s emails or application materials, or that there will be no mistakes in the transmission or storage of the data. In the event a message being sent is intended for a closed account, these messages will not be deliverable. The Association has no ability to verify the contact information provided by you. In the event you provide incorrect contact information, it shall be your responsibility to correct, appropriately respond, or take any steps necessary to protect the privacy of such job seekers, and you indemnify the Association for any damages resulting therefrom. The Association may, on your behalf, send out reminder emails to job seekers you wish to interview. The Association may also send emails to job seekers on your behalf indicating that your job listing is potentially a match for the job seeker’s resume. When you use screener questions, you may be given the option to instruct the Association to send out rejection notices if the job seeker has not answered the questions in the manner set forth in the online instruction.

If at any time during your use of the site, You made a misrepresentation of fact to the Association or otherwise misled the Association in regards to the nature of your business activities, the Association will have grounds to terminate your use of the Association Sites.

You understand and acknowledge that if You cancel Your employer account or Your employer account is terminated, all Your account information, including saved resumes, network contacts, and email mailing lists, will be marked as deleted in and may be deleted from Association’s databases. Information may continue to be available for some period of time because of delays in propagating such deletion through web servers.

You shall use the job posting, resume database of (“Resume Database”) as provided in these Terms and in any contract You have with the Association. You shall use the Resume Database in accordance with all applicable privacy and data protection laws, and You agree You shall not further disclose any of the data from the Resume Database to any third party, unless You are an authorized recruitment agency, staffing agency, advertising or other agency or using the resume explicitly for employment purposes. The Association does not represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of User Content or any other communications posted by Users or endorse any opinions expressed by Users. You acknowledge that any reliance on material posted by other Users will be at your own risk.

You shall take appropriate physical, technical, and administrative measures to protect the data You have obtained from the Resume Database from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. You shall not share Resume Database seat-based license login credentials with any other party, nor share Resume Database pay-per-view license login credentials with any party.

The following organizations may link to our Job portal without prior written approval:
• Government agencies;
• Search engines;
• News organizations;
• Online directory distributors may link to our Job portal in the same manner as they hyperlink to the Job portals of other listed businesses; and
• System wide Accredited Businesses except soliciting non-profit organizations, charity shopping malls, and charity fundraising groups which may not hyperlink to our Web site.
These organizations may link to our home page, to publications or to other Job portal information so long as the link: (a) is not in any way deceptive; (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement or approval of the linking party and its products and/or services; and (c) fits within the context of the linking party’s site.
We may consider and approve other link requests from the following types of organizations:
• commonly-known consumer and/or business information sources;
• community sites;
• associations or other groups representing charities;
• online directory distributors;
• internet portals;
• accounting, law and consulting firms; and
• educational institutions and trade associations.
We will approve link requests from these organizations if we decide that: (a) the link would not make us look unfavorably to ourselves or to our accredited businesses; (b) the organization does not have any negative records with us; (c) the benefit to us from the visibility of the hyperlink compensates the absence of any Association mark, symbol.; and (d) the link is in the context of general resource information.
These organizations may link to our home page so long as the link: (a) is not in any way deceptive; (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement or approval of the linking party and its products or services; and (c) fits within the context of the linking party’s site.
If you are one of the organizations listed above and are interested in linking to our job portal, you must inform us by sending an e-mail to the Association. Please include your name, your organization name, contact information as well as the URL of your site, a list of any URLs from which you intend to link to our Job portal, and a list of the URLs on our site to which you would like to link.
Approved organizations may hyperlink to our Job portal as follows:

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Job portal. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Job portal upon request. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and it’s linking policy at any time. By continuously linking to our Job portal, you agree to be bound to and follow these linking terms and conditions.

If you find any link on our Job portal that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us any moment. We will consider requests to remove links but we are not obligated to or so or to respond to you directly.

The Association provides a venue for individuals to network for professional and personal purposes and the Association does not screen or censor the profiles or postings or User Content on The Association is not involved in the actual communications between Users. As a result, the Association has no control over the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the profiles or User Content or postings submitted on and makes no representations about any profile or User Content or postings. In addition, please note that there are risks, including but not limited to the risk of physical harm, of dealing with strangers, foreign nationals, underage persons or people acting under false pretenses. You assume all risks associated with dealing with other users with whom You come in contact through the Association Sites. The Association cannot and does not confirm the authenticity of any User on the job portal because User authentication on the internet is constrained and imperfect to ensure complete accuracy.

You acknowledge and agree that You are solely responsible for the form, content and accuracy of any resume or material contained therein placed by You on Employers are solely responsible for their postings on The Association is not to be considered to be an employer with respect to Your use of the site and the Association shall not be responsible for any employment decisions, for whatever reason made, made by any entity posting jobs on The Association shall not be responsible for the performance of any User in any role or job, whose resume and/or User Content is available on, or has otherwise been hired through and/or because of, the Job portal.

You acknowledge and undertake that you are accessing the services on the Job portal and transacting at your own risk and are using your best and prudent judgment before entering into any transactions through the job portal. We shall neither be liable nor responsible for any actions or inactions of job seekers or employers nor any breach of conditions, representations or warranties by the employers or job seekers and hereby expressly disclaim and any all responsibility and liability in that regard. We shall not mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between the Users.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our job portal and the use of this job portal. The Association hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions with regard to the Job portal, application, products, services, including without limitation, all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, timeliness. performance, completeness, suitability and non-infringement. The services on the Job portal are provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available basis’.

The limitations and prohibitions of liability set in this section and elsewhere in this disclaimer: (a) are subject to any specific disclaimers made in these Terms; and (b) govern all liabilities arising under the disclaimer, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort and for breach of statutory duty.

As long as the job portal and the information and services on the job portal are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.

The services provided by the job portals maintained, operated or owned by the Association do not extend to acting as an agent (express or implied) on behalf of any subscriber or user.
